Creeping back to near normal life after three weeks on antibiotics.
Gratitude for so many of your kind comments, prayers and emails. How blessed we are to have friends from so far and near. Thank you so much.
Grateful for loving family and friends who were a huge support and brought me jellies and other easy to eat things. (including live yogurt which I loathe but is in the words of my Grandma, 'Good For You').
So grateful for a husband who put up with rather odd meals without a murmur (except to beg me to rest more)
Grateful too for two or three hot sunny days, when sitting in the garden was such a gift.
All I need now is an injection of energy and a brain that might come up with something to write about!

So good to see you back, Barbara! Hopefully you'll get still some great moments to enjoy sitting in the garden and boosting your energy levels.
I just went through pictures (I have so many to upload) and wondered if you grow Dahlias? Ours are splendid this year. I need more. xxx
I'm so glad you are feeling better!
oh, it's hard to be sick. I am glad you are feeling better and pray that you will be fully back to 'normal' soon! God's blessing and comfort as you heal!
Bless you dear lady with healthier days ahead!
Oh, I am so glad you are feeling better. I was away on a road trip for a week and I didn't realize you were under the weather. So I'm glad you're getting back on top of it. Love the Winnie poster. He's a very smart bear.

Take your time sweet lady ... so happy you are slowly feeling better :)
So glad to hear you're on the road to recovery and that your family and friends have been helping you along the way. Please continue to take it slow until your energy returns!
Take a few more small moments just for you. Lovely just to see you back.
Glad that you are on the mend but do take things easy won't you? Enjoy each precious moment and don't rush back to "normal" too soon. I love the little Piglet quote and I am going to print that out and keep in near as I too feel it approppriate.
Glad you're feeling better.
It's so rotten being ill, especially when it drags on. Glad you're feeling on the up now, slowly does it, be kind to yourself xx
I look at my postcards of beautiful Cornwall and think of you daily. So glad you're on the mend. Listen to your husband about resting, and soak up the sunshine when you can! The brain fog will lift, and you'll be back to writing soon.
So glad you are feeling better ♡
So glad you are on the mend xx
Happy to know you are on the road to better health dear friend.
Chin up - and may the sun continue to shine in Cornwall.

Sorry to hear that you have been poorly , glad you're on the mend and enjoying the sunshine and the beautiful flowers in your garden .Hugs x
I'm happy to read that you are feeling better. I hope your energy returns soon. Sometimes recuperation can take much longer than we want it to.
Don't rush back too soon . . . relaxing can be a great healer. I know that it is hard for women to sit still, because daily chores start piling up . . . but sometimes we need to just let them pile up. It sounds like you have a very sweet and understanding husband that loves you and wants you well again. God bless you.
Connie :)
