off line for a bit.

Off line for a while due to the fact that I have gone from having a bronchial infection to having pleurisy.
My husband is in a nursing home for me to have the time to recover as there is no way I could look after him in this state.

I am so sorry to read this Elizabeth. I hope the period of respite helps you to recover completely. No one talks about the complications that come with the toll that caregiving takes one someone. I am thinking about you and sending a prayer for rest and recovery.

I'm so sorry to read that you are both so poorly and I hope you will be feeling much better very soon. Maybe as you recover and regain your strength, you will be able to re-charge your batteries; I think you have run yourself so low by constantly being the sole carer for your lovely husband. While he is being looked after, please give yourself a chance to recover properly before you take up the reins once again. Have a gentle hug - (((((Barbara)))))
