All done (for the moment)

The sitting room doesnt at first glance look any different! However, the brightness and cleanliness of the paintwork makes it so much more inviting.

The door way is now whole again, with the scratches removed.

There are still chairs and ornaments to return to their places, but it's all looking much better now.

I'm going to have a re think about what goes where soon, and maybe change things around a bit.

Nothing like a new lick of paint to spruce things up and give one the inspiration to move things around for a fresh look - a new beginning. It's going to be lovely, I just know it. Sending heart hugs, Barbara! xo

The woodwork looks lovely with the new coat of paint. Reorganizing the room can be fun especially if you have someone to do the heavy moving. Granny M

It looks lovely - like you, we've been redecorating. Now at the stage of rearranging, and wondering which things to put back, and which to put away. It feels so fresh and lovely.

I love the wallpaper. The blue painting is striking! It reminds me of Jonna Jinton's work.
